Weare looking for young, high energy individuals with a passion for sales and forachieving aspirational targets
Keyresponsibilities Understandcustomer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to themAcquire new clients with the help of leadsprovided by the company and generate quality business revenue
Actively cross sell / up sell products to thecompany s existing customers by identifying the customer needsProvide service to existing customers, solvetheir queries and concerns and ensure the quality of business is maintainedconsistently
Generate fresh leads through cold calling and devisenew ways of widening customer base for revenue generation opportunities
Acceptauthority of application, complaints of the customers and responsible to takeit forward with concerned team
Exercise due diligence at to preventunauthorized/ fraudulent transactionsYouwill have sales targets and attractive rewards linked to achievements
Candidateswho are willing to be mobile and work across locations will be preferred
Minimumrequirements Graduationor post-graduation from any streamGraduatefreshers or candidates with experience of 0 - 2 yearsExperiencein customer facing roles in any industry; prior experience in life insuranceindustry is not mandatory
