Financial Services Advise Consultant (2+ years) and Senior Consultant (5-8 years). Location: Mumbai (Must)

Have strong understanding of Indian FS ecosystem with prior experience of working with Indian banks and NBFC

Demonstrated capability to conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations in Retail, MSME & Corporate Banking across areas such as :

• Business Strategy & Transformation

• Customer experience

Demonstrated capability to drive projects and their timely execution, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate with client stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams.

Help create POVs with latest trends in the market and development in FS ecosystem and technology

Contribute to business development initiatives, RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership.

Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, assignments etc.

Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting

Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.

Strong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)

Preferred candidates from Tier-1 colleges and B-Schools.
