Role Description

As a Financial Sales Consultant at HDFC Life, you will play a vital role in client acquisition and relationship management. This full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi involves identifying customer needs, recommending suitable financial solutions, and assisting with financial planning, investment, protection, and retirement plans. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals, maintain records, and provide superior customer service while contributing to business growth through sales and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Investment strategies to provide personalized solutions to clients
• Expertise in Finance and analytical skills to evaluate financial data, assess client requirements, and develop tailored plans
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships
• Proven sales and customer service experience in a related field, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulatory environment is a plus
