For more details, please reachout or directly share cvs to Experience: 10+ Years CTC: Upto 28 LPA Location: Vadodara, India Key Responsibilities : Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management and stakeholders Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to support the organization s financial goals and objectives Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulators Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and evaluate financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, making recommendations for optimizing working capital and liquidity Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization s financial strategy and financial goals Investment Management: Manage investment strategies, analyze investment opportunities, and assess the performance of investment portfolios Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks and exposure, and make recommendations for mitigating risks Tax Management: Develop and implement tax strategies, manage tax planning, and oversee tax compliance and reporting Team Leadership: Lead and supervise finance and accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and support Financial Policies: Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard financial assets and maintain accuracy. Financial Modelling and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business evaluations. Assist in due diligence and valuation processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures . Fundraising: Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies and identify potential funding sources, including venture capital, private equity, grants, and institutional investors. Create compelling investor pitch decks, business plans, and fundraising collateral. Qualifications & Skills: Education : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and preferred Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Experience : Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis. Experience in managing SAP/ERP systems and accounting software.
