As the Finance Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance and Operations of the organization to drive success in key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with finance leaders from various business units and countries, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting the leadership team with data insights, and maintaining financial controls. You will be the primary point of contact for global internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and collaborate with finance leaders across different countries, managing recharges to relevant cost centers. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities to meet reporting deadlines and compliance policies. - Prepare Annual Operating Plan/Budgets for the Global Delivery Centre. - Resolve complex requests from senior management and interact with global teams for effective report delivery and support. - Support the India Business Unit by ensuring timely completion of activities, maintaining compliance with reporting deadlines, and creating timelines for operational projects. - Gather, communicate, and report key project issues promptly. - Identify areas for project development improvement to enhance efficiency and cost control. - Resolve complex requests from senior management effectively. Qualifications: - ICWAI/ CA/ MBA(Finance) qualification. - Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational organization. - Initially in-office during onboarding, then transition to a hybrid work model (3 days/week). - Flexibility to adjust work hours to accommodate the needs of different business unit leaders. Job-specific skills: - Proficient in data analysis. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. - Advanced Excel skills. - Project management expertise. - Effective interpersonal, motivational, and influencing abilities. - Demonstrates the highest levels of integrity.
