Job Description

Job Designation:

A. Pre-requisite for the Role

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Alternative Investments industry with strong expertise in
Financial and Regulatory Reporting
.
CPA or CA certification
preferred.
Prior experience with
Big 4 or large accounting firms
will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate:

Possesses an inquisitive mindset and a keen interest in researching accounting topics (e.g., FASB ASC/ASU, Investment Company Accounting).
Demonstrates a strong understanding of
portfolio accounting
and the
investment management industry
.

B. Preferred Technical & Soft Skills:

Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
resolve or escalate complex issues
independently.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Strong organizational and
time management
abilities to handle multiple client engagements and deadlines.
Proven
team orientation and leadership
capabilities.
