Job Description

Objectives/Responsibilities:

Manage IPO execution and document preparation (DRHP/RHP).
Oversee IPO closures and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with clients and intermediaries (BRLMs, legal counsels).
Support business development and client engagement.
Ensure risk management and compliance.
Lead client relationships and post-issue support.
Provide regulatory recommendations and product knowledge.
Manage virtual data rooms and due diligence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Excellent client management and coordination abilities.
Expertise in SEBI Regulations and Companies Act.
Experience in IPO/QIP execution and deal management.
Knowledge of financial parameters and research skills.
Team player with innovative problem-solving abilities.

Qualification:

1. MBA / CA / CS

LLB candidacy is a plus
