Profile Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Settlement & Reconciliation Executive to perform daily transaction settlement checks, reconcile internal data with bank and processor reports, identify variances, and track refunds, chargebacks, fees, and GST. The role includes reporting exceptions, coordinating with internal teams and banks for quick resolution, preparing daily reconciliation summaries, and supporting end-to-end chargeback reconciliation.

What you will work on?

• Perform daily settlement checks for domestic/international card, UPI, and net banking transactions.
• Reconcile internal transaction data with bank MPRs, processor files, and merchant reports.
• Identify missing ARNs, mismatches, duplicate entries, and settlement variances.
• Track refunds, chargebacks, fees (MDR/platform fee), and GST deductions.
• Report exceptions and coordinate with internal teams and banks for timely resolution.
• Prepare and publish daily settlement and reconciliation summaries for the finance team
• Coordinate with chargeback teams for Chargeback Reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 02 years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, or payment operations (fintech experience preferred).

Preferred Skill

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Basic understanding of payment gateway transaction flows.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
