Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for preparing and managing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Key tasks include developing financial models, analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an optimized financial strategy. The role also includes monitoring economic trends and company performance to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, including developing financial strategies and managing financial goals
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and use financial data for decision-making
• Proficiency in core Finance principles and practices, particularly in a corporate setting
• Experience in Financial Modeling to assess business performance and forecast financial outcomes
• Proven skills in Budgeting & Forecasting to ensure effective allocation of resources
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, financial software, and business intelligence tools
• Chartered Accountant
