Financial Planning Analyst

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the TP Business Head and various TP business leaders, including Products and Regional Heads. Your main responsibilities will involve budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and monthly financial performance reviews to ensure the financial health of the TP business. You will collaborate with Finance Insight Center shared service teams for analysis and interact with different business and accounting teams. Presenting information to management in a clear and concise manner will be crucial in this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning (15%) - Assist leaders in proactive annual and quarterly planning to achieve revenue and profitability targets - Support regional and product leaders in their planning exercises as required - Accounting (30%) - Ensure implementation of business accounting processes across all centers/locations as per standard operating procedures - Generate meaningful Management Information System (MIS) reports periodically for reviews and decision-making - Reviews (30%) - Collaborate with Business Leaders for periodic reviews of center business operations - Ensure data availability in a user-friendly and automated format for all reviews - Audits (25%) - Develop and conduct process audits for centers, both remotely and on-site Moreover, you will be responsible for continuously automating the above processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.,
