Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) governance and managing budgets to ensure financial integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities P&L Governance: Oversee and manage the governance of the Profit and Loss statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting standards. Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with DAISs goals and financial targets. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, variances, and actionable recommendations. Cost Control: Identify areas for cost optimization and implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support, fostering a culture of financial accountability and transparency. Cost center creation as per approved BC SCM & vendor management DSF, SC, PO, Payments Manpower planning and tracking through Recruitment, Referrals, Open positions tracking Financial Planning & Budgeting - 5+7; 9+3 & 9+15: Travels, Headcount, Staff welfare, L&D, IT Monthly validation of Financial reports, re-class costs if any Travels – budgets and actuals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficient in advanced excel & PPT Proven experience in financial governance, budget management, and P&L oversight, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
