Title: FPA Manager
Location: Bangalore, IndiaRole overview:
As an FPA Manager, you will lead financial planning, business modelling, and revenue acceleration initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and financial efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience, preferably within fintech, payments, or financial services.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning Analysis:
- Conduct
comprehensive financial analysis
, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and profitability assessment
. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting
data-driven recommendations
to leadership.

Revenue Acceleration Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with
Sales, Product, and CSM
teams to support new revenue inflows and business expansion initiatives
. - Provide financial insights to optimize
pricing strategies, unit economics, and profitability
.

Business Modelling Scenario Analysis:
- Develop and maintain
financial models
to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
. - Perform
what-if analysis
to assess risks, market shifts, and investment decisions.

Data Interpretation Decision Support:
- Gather and interpret financial data, identifying
trends, patterns, and performance drivers
. - Provide
cost-benefit analysis and strategic insights
for business decision-making.

Budgeting Forecasting:
- Drive the
annual budgeting process
and ensure alignment with business objectives
. - Monitor budget performance, highlight variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Stakeholder Communication Reporting:
- Prepare and present
financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
to senior leadership. - Translate complex financial data into
clear, actionable insights
for non-financial stakeholders.

Process Optimization Automation:
- Identify opportunities for
process improvements and automation
to enhance FPA efficiency. - Leverage
FPA tools (Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems)
to improve financial reporting.
Essential qualifications:
-
CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
or equivalent finance background. -
4+ years of experience
in FPA, Business Finance, or Financial Strategy. - Prior experience in
fintech, IMT, payments, or financial services
is preferred. - Expertise in
financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
. - Proficiency in
Excel, FPA tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems
. - Strong
business acumen, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
. - Excellent
communication executive presentation skills
