Financial Planning & Analysis

Fintalent is seeking passionate finance professionals to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and collaborating with business teams to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly & quarterly financial reports and forecasts.
• Assist in budgeting, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial modeling and business case analysis.
• Drive accurate and timely consolidation of financial data using Advanced Excel.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial efficiency and business outcomes.
• Support senior leadership with actionable insights through KPIs and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.

Eligibility

• CMA (2025 pass-outs) OR
• MBA (Finance) with 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or budgeting.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory): Pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, automation.
• Exceptional communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
