Role & responsibilities

We are a Gurgaon Based leading Recruitment Partner for various reputed MNCs and Indian large Corporates for various Sectors on a PAN India basis for over a decade, currently we are looking for the suitable profiles for our very large Client engaged in multipal manufacturing units and infra projects catering to indian and international customers for the position of ''Financial controller'' as per the below-given positions . Designation - Financial Controller/Controller

Location - Bangalore

CTC - Budget - 20 LPA to 25LPA

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Looking for CA-qualified professionals

  with 510 years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Companies Act), audits, and financial reporting.
• Strong preference from

  Big 4 global accounting organisation/ top-tier audit firm backgrounds (India onshore teams only) GDS/GCC profiles arenot preferred

  .

• Hands-on exposure

  to month-end & year-end closures, balance sheet reviews, audit coordination, and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle) is critical.

• Strong understanding

  of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting requirements.

• Proficient in MS Exce

  l, hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and strong organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Manage accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Companies Act).
• Coordinate and provide data for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Conduct balance sheet analysis and maintain supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with AP, Treasury, and Tax teams for issue resolution.
• Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives.
