Role & responsibilities Requirements - * Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and make predictions. * Financial Modeling: Develop and use financial models to forecast future performance and assess the impact of different scenarios (integrated 3-way models including P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet). * Business Strategy: Contribute to the development of business strategies by providing insights into financial performance and market conditions. * Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to clients or stakeholders. Job Description - * Plan, manage, implement proper Financial Discipline in the organization. * Own financial models, cash flow forecasts, and revenue projections * Track key metrics, P&L, and unit economics across business lines * Monitor spend vs. plan and provide actionable insights * Analyze campaign ROI, product margins, and pricing structures * Build reports for investors, internal stakeholders, and partners * Support scenario planning and growth strategy with data * Manage cash flow effectively to ensure optimal utilization of funds * Explore and implement strategies to improve working capital efficiency * Mathematical Skills: A strong foundation in mathematics and statistics is necessary for working with financial data and models. * Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to internal team/stakeholders. * Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of financial markets, economic trends, and business operations is important for making informed decisions. * Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis * Experience in sourcing working capital (Equity/debit) from banks and other financial institutions is highly preferred * Strong understanding of Indian GAAP and relevant accounting standards * Good understanding of the GST laws and statutory procedures.
