Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash fl ow statement.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS), regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Develop and maintain internal controls, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and implement audit recommendations.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs .
Ensure accurate and timely fi ling of tax returns and compliance with tax laws .
Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the organization

Preferred candidate profile

CA with - 3-6 years of experience preferred.
Flexibility, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to partner and build strong working relationships with senior Finance leadership. Coaching, counselling, and people management skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Drive tasks independently with other functions and proactive alignment with all stakeholders
