Finance Controller

As a finance controller, the person will ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to support innovation and product competitiveness. He/she will act as a financial business partner to engineering and technology teams, enabling informed decision-making and value creation

Key Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for annual budgeting & planning exercise for Technology business

2. Perform variance analysis against budgets and highlight deviations with corrective actions

3. Release of Purchase requisitions in SAP inline with Approved budget

4. Preparation of Monthly information package for P&T and present in Power BI Dashboard

5. Support project teams in resource allocation and milestone-based financial reporting

6. Manage capital budgets for technology investments

7. Ensure proper capitalization of eligible development costs in line with IFRS/IND-AS

8. Business partnering with Engineering and Design teams to drive design-to-cost and value engineering initiatives

9. Drive automation and real-time data visualization for engineering cost tracking
