Financial Controller

As the Senior Finance Controller in our organization, your role is crucial in steering financial strategy, forecasting, and planning activities. You will lead the FP&A team, provide strategic insights, and ensure the achievement of financial goals. Your responsibilities include developing financial models, analyzing key business drivers, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management. To excel in this role, you need to have a deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, Indian GAAP, INDAS, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement robust financial planning and analysis processes. - Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making. - Identify and analyze key business drivers and their impact on financial performance. - Lead and mentor the FP&A team to achieve high performance and professional growth. - Ensure timely closure of books (monthly, quarterly, and annually) supported by analytical reports. - Coordinate various audits such as Internal Audit, Interim Audits, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, and any Special Audits. - Ensure alignment of financial goals with the organization's strategic plan. - Oversee Tax Consultants to handle Tax Assessments and other notices meticulously. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CMA) preferred. - Work Experience: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Finance Controller and Analysis, Accounting with at least 3-5 years in a Managerial role. - Experience in the Cloud & Data Center Management industry or related field highly desirable. - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing KPIs, analyzing business performance, improving processes through automation, and ensuring accurate and timely closure of books following IndAS guidelines.
