Financial Controller | Dalmia Polypro

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting activities at our manufacturing facility with $200 million revenue potential. This is a key leadership position that requires building and managing a suitable team to ensure systematic financial operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations for the manufacturing facility Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Manage budget processes and financial forecasting Coordinate and lead the annual audit process Implement and maintain robust financial systems and tools Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Required Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities About the Company Dalmia Polypro is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization operating in the sustainability sector with a specific focus on plastic recycling.
