Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and build brand awareness for Dalmia Polypro across relevant digital platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with digital tools, an understanding of analytics, and a passion for sustainable industry practices. Requirements Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for social media, email, and content marketing to align with business goals. Content Creation: Write, curate, and manage content across social channels, website, newsletters, and email campaigns. SEO Ad Management: Implement basic on-page/off-page SEO, manage Google Ads to enhance visibility. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics; optimize campaigns based on insights. Manage strategy, content calendar, and engage with followers. Set up and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and lead tracking. Monitor and manage online reputation; respond to reviews and queries. Support planning and promotion of industry events. Organize and execute webinars and podcasts. Creative Support: Basic skills in graphic design, presentations, and photo/video editing. Collaborate on visual alignment with campaigns and stay updated on digital trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Experience: min 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sustainability sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools); CRM experience is a plus. Creativity Communication: Strong content creation skills with a focus on storytelling and brand voice; excellent written and verbal communication. Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to marketing with experience in performance analysis and optimizing based on results. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Adaptability to diverse marketing needs: Demonstrates the ability to understand and align digital marketing strategies with specific business objectives and operational goals across various industries. Strong analytical and communication skills: Capable of addressing marketing challenges through data-driven insights while effectively communicating with non-marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader business contexts. Self-management and cross-functional collaboration: Excels at independently managing campaigns and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to integrate marketing strategies into overarching business processes.
