Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Adityaram Group, playing a crucial role in driving financial growth and stability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage cash flow, investments, and other financial assets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Lead and manage a team of accountants and financial professionals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
