Job Description

Job Title: Financial & Compliance Advisor (Retired Govt/Bank Officer)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 25+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Financial & Compliance Advisor to strengthen our financial governance, regulatory adherence, and banking relationships. This role is ideal for a retired senior government or banking professional who can bring strategic insight, credibility, and risk management expertise to a growing travel business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide annual budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and cash-flow planning
  • Advise leadership on working capital, financial risk, and controls
  • Strengthen banking partnerships, credit facilities, and payment processes
  • Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and KYC/AML
  • Support vendor, airline, GDS, and partner financial negotiations
  • Establish internal financial control and audit mechanisms
  • Mentor finance teams on reporting discipline and compliance best practices

Ideal Profile

  • Retired Bank Manager / Govt. Officer with 25+ years in banking or finance
  • Strong expertise in compliance, credit, and risk management
  • Ability to adapt financial governance to travel & tourism operations
