Financial Associate

As a Financial Associate, you will be responsible for working with assigned organizational units to develop annual budgets, expense, and staffing forecasts, as well as statistical reporting. You will support month-end close activities, prepare and consolidate financial data, and analyze financial performance through variance explanations and cost analysis. Additionally, you will execute special projects as assigned. Your key role and responsibilities will include: - Evaluating US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to ensure compliance with requirements and company policies, and communicating implications to stakeholders. - Analyzing financial data to support business decisions, summarizing data to communicate results, and partnering with stakeholders to drive financial performance aligned with organizational goals. - Collaborating with stakeholders to develop partnerships that drive organizational performance and align with strategic goals. - Interpreting financial data to provide insight on trends, variances, opportunities, and risks, and communicating conclusions to stakeholders. - Taking on new challenges with urgency, collaborating with others, communicating effectively, and actively seeking self-improvement through feedback and reflection. - Optimizing work processes for continuous improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role should have a College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
