Job Description

Job Summary:

Finance Assistant/Graduate Fresher.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
Help prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy in data entry.
Help with inventory and asset tracking for financial reporting purposes.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify financial data.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring activities.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
0-6 months experience required in Tally & Accounting.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) is a plus.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of finance and accounting.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
