Strategic Analysis & Market Expansion

Conduct detailed financial modeling for potential brand acquisitions, partnerships, and new market entries.

Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and sensitivity scenarios to support CFO's decision-making.

Evaluate the financial health, valuation, and synergy potential of target brands.

Market Expansion Support

Assess country-level retail dynamics, including consumer spending, pricing, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.

Analyze capital investment requirements, payback periods, and profitability projections for new markets.

Provide benchmarks of competitors financial performance in existing and potential geographies.

Operational & Retail Financial Insights

Track and analyze key retail KPIs (sales per sq. ft., gross margin, inventory turnover, store contribution, EBITDA).

Partner with merchandising and buying teams to assess financial implications of assortment strategies.

Review and challenge assumptions on sourcing, supply chain, and distribution costs.

Executive Decision Support

Prepare investment decks, financial dashboards, and board-level presentations for the CFO.

Provide ongoing monitoring of expansion initiatives and acquisitions against planned financial targets.

Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO on all retail finance-related expansion initiatives.
