Financial Analyst NetSuite/Oracle and Adaptive Insights (Hybrid Pune, India)

You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst sought to support a leading technology company as a key member of the G&A FP&A team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights, accurate forecasting, and financial analysis related to corporate expenses. This is a 6-month contract position with possible extensions or conversion to full-time employment, requiring 40 hours per week. You will be working in a hybrid capacity, with 2 days onsite at the client's office in Pune, India, from 4:00 pm IST to 1:00 am IST. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development and maintenance of G&A expense assumptions to ensure alignment with company strategy and business goals. You will analyze and track expense trends, variances, and drivers, providing actionable insights to senior management. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with business partners to understand their reporting needs and support growth initiatives. Developing financial models to evaluate department cost optimization and identifying opportunities for cost reduction will also be a part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting within a high-growth technology company. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning/forecasting tools is required, along with experience in NetSuite and Oracle, and proficiency in Adaptive Insights for forecasting activities. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently solve problems are essential. You must also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment, possess high attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, self-starter attitude. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
