We are looking for a Web Content Publisher for a global B2B High Tech company. The Web Content Publisher will be responsible for maintaining the authoring activities of the company's website, as well as other website maintenance. This role will build landing pages for marketing campaigns, perform A/B testing, and build documentation for the website. The website is hosted on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).

This is a 40 hours per week; 6 month role (extensions and conversion to FTE possible). Must work 5-10 days per month at the client's office in Bangalore.

This is a consultant role with Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the content on the company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with the organization's branding and messaging.
• Actively review and address incoming change requests related to the website, ensuring timely updates and improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to participate in UAT to validate new website features, functionality, and content changes.
• Work with the Program team, design teams, and marketing teams to understand timelines.
• Provide feedback to user stories that define the requirements for website enhancements and improvements.
• Develop documentation to guide content authors and contributors in creating and maintaining website content.
• Coordinate and oversee content updates and localization for regional websites in French (FR), German (DE), and Japanese (JP) while ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Ensuring that all web pages are continually tested and are of an extremely high quality, and that they are monitored and optimized to their full potential.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in web content production roles for global companies with multi-language websites.
• 2+ years experience with AEM
• Proven experience collaborating with both US-based Marketing teams and regional teams, demonstrating the ability to bridge communication and coordination gaps.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to tasks, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Bachelor's degree
