Financial Analyst- GSC SGA

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical solutions for forecasting and actuals processes, focusing on the SG&A portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Assess opportunities to provide analytical solutions to stakeholders, with a focus on forecasting and actuals processes - Own delivery of new analytics solutions for the assigned SG&A portfolio - Assist in delivering and improving existing SG&A reports - Take ownership of current and upcoming reports, analyses, and projects for global stakeholders - Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to develop new analytical reports or solutions based on requirements - Submit timely and accurate deliverables, manage issues, and escalate unresolved issues - Provide business intelligence expertise across the organization, aligning with long-term business strategy - Engage in project management and interact with multiple stakeholders within Maersk Liner Business and Maersk Group - Design scalable analytical solutions for forecasting and actuals using various data sources and tools - Work closely with Finance product owners to roll out SG&A solutions for enhanced visibility and drilldown - Support decision-making processes by providing value-add analysis, financial information, and performance management reporting - Communicate financial analysis effectively to stakeholders and decision-makers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Financial reporting / BI / Analytics / consulting - Knowledge of Shipping/SCM/Terminal Business will be an added advantage - Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with 6+ years of industry experience - Positive attitude, creativity, ability to manage tasks, and zeal towards simplification and automation - Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office, Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc. - Capacity to handle change, support positive changes, and drive for results Additional Details: Maersk values diversity, collaboration, continuous learning, and work-life balance.
