JOB TITLE: FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER JOB OBJECTIVE Guarantee economic results through accurate accounting, timely financial reporting, devising a good budget, effectively forecasting to facilitate business decisions and thereby building a healthy and sustainable business model. MY DUTIES Ensure that all accounting records reflect precisely the business reality and adhere to company standards and local tax and accounting regulations. And, deliver timely reliable financial statements. Responsible for monthly closing activities (including posting accounting entries, preparing reports, etc.) related to his/her vertical. Analyse key indicators and be cognizant of the business needs to be able to provide adapted inputs. Share knowledge and best practices through training, workshops and active participation in different forums. Take initiatives to innovate and challenge current processes and bring in efficiencies. Anticipate and highlight the risks and challenge the forecasting to enable the business teams to take decisions in a profitable and sustainable manner. Prepare a robust budget for the Business Units. Act as a counter-power, alerting as needed and proposing corrective actions.

PROFILE You have years working experience as Finance Analyst/ Business Finance Partner or in the Corporate FP&A team or working with a BIG4 with clients in Retail/E-Commerce sectors. Minimum qualification of CA Freshe (Finance). You must be assertive in communication and also have good presentation skills. You have proficiency in excel and are curious to learn new tools. You have a strong interest for analysis and project management. You have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service.
