Financial Analyst

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across departments.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports.
• Analyze variances between budget, forecast, and actual performance; recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for profitability, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
• Support long-term business planning, investment evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Perform detailed margin, pricing, and ROI analysis for projects, or business units.
• Partner with business and functional heads to evaluate financial implications of key initiatives.
• Provide financial insights for strategic planning and policy formulation.
• Drive automation and efficiency in reporting.
• Collaborate with the accounts and audit teams for financial data accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports.
• Review and monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund utilization.
• Support statutory and internal audits by providing analytical support and reconciliations.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
