Job Description - - Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and industry standards to establish competitive pricing models. - Gather and evaluate vendor quotes to negotiate favorable rates and maintain a database for pricing comparison. - Assess costs to develop profitable pricing strategies aligned with company goals. - Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to align pricing strategies with customer requirements. - Support the preparation of quotations and proposals for clients. - Maintain accurate records of pricing agreements and update databases regularly. - Prepare periodic pricing reports for management review. - Provide guidance to the customer service team on pricing-related queries and ensure timely responses. Requirements - - Freshers interested in this industry / Candidates working in freight forwarding companies are preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and handle work pressure effectively. - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service. - Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Office, internet navigation, and email etiquette. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new processes and procedures. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. - Familiarity with industry-specific software is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills to manage client data and follow-ups efficiently. - Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
