Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Key Account Manager CS & Pricing to manage high-value clients while overseeing pricing strategy and execution. This role demands strong coordination, strategic pricing capability, and a customer-first mindset to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely communication. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and business growth. * Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics and pricing solutions * Collaborate with shipping lines, vendors, and agents to obtain competitive freight rates. * Develop and implement customized pricing models aligned with client requirements and market trends. * Conduct financial evaluations and competitor analysis to support pricing decisions. * Ensure pricing compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Manage end-to-end communication related to shipments, documentation, and cargo status updates. * Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to resolve client queries and service issues. * Ensure timely follow-ups and data reporting to clients. * Track and manage key account performance, ensuring KPIs related to service and pricing are met. * Identify areas for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. * Generate reports on pricing, cost analysis, client feedback, and performance metrics for internal reviews. Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a freight forwarding company, with strong exposure to both pricing and customer service functions. * Strong understanding of international shipping, freight rate negotiation, and logistics processes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), email etiquette, and basic logistics software. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure. * Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach. * Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
