Description
You will work closely with our admissions and counselling teams to ensure families make informed and confident financial decisions toward pursuing global education. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify financially capable students and families interested in MBBS Abroad or Study Abroad programs. - Conduct financial profiling and provide personalized advice on available funding solutions. - Coordinate with banks, loan providers, and financial institutions to assist students with loan applications and approvals. - Maintain accurate records of all consultations, leads, and follow-ups. - Participate in student counselling sessions, seminars, and financial guidance workshops as needed. - Visit students' homes (if required) for financial assessment or advisory sessions. - Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align financial guidance with the company's overall student recruitment goals. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in financial advisory, banking, Insurance, or loan services preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with families. - Sound understanding of education financing, banking processes, and study abroad procedures (not mandatory). - Willingness to travel occasionally for student or family visits. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
