Role Overview: As a Finance and Treasury Transformation Consultant at Capco, you will be part of the growing Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation and Finance (FRRF) capability team. Your role will involve advising clients and delivering transformation across the Finance and Treasury functions to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer. You will work on projects related to Finance and Treasury strategy, regulatory changes, finance function process improvement, and more. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients in achieving regulatory compliance, designing solutions, delivering projects, and building assurance and control capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Advising clients and delivering transformation across Finance and Treasury functions - Supporting clients in achieving compliance with regulatory obligations - Designing solutions, delivering client assignments, and owning project delivery - Providing management information to program leads, senior management, and client committees - Defining and managing monitoring processes - Building assurance and control capabilities in line with regulatory expectations - Managing stakeholder expectations and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies - Developing long-term trusted advisor relationships with external clients - Collaborating with Capco teams to identify new business opportunities - Sharing knowledge and experience with the team to enhance firm's capability Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding and experience of advising on regulations such as Basel, Solvency II, IFRS, etc. - Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) desirable - Experience in managing change projects and finance transformation - Ability to work with technology partners to translate requirements into design - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience working with the C-Suite (CFO, CRO, CDO community) desirable - Knowledge of project management methods (Agile, PMI, Prince 2) desirable Company Additional Details: Capco is a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services sector.
