**Job Description:** As a candidate for this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for various tasks related to ERP systems and client engagements. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conduct meetings with clients to understand their business processes in departments such as Finance, Buying, Selling, Inventory, Assets, HR, and CRM. While not all modules will be present every time, Finance & Accounts will be the primary focus approximately 50% of the time. - Identify areas for improvement and suggest opportunities to streamline operations using ERP systems. Your suggestions will be valued, and if convincing, implementation will be a collaborative effort to experience positive change. - Document current workflows and translate them into functional, non-technical write-ups using your drafting skills. You will receive training in basic drafting skills to excel in this aspect of the job. - Understand the client's business limitations and challenges, and provide solutions and methods to address them. You will receive guidance and support throughout this process. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will require expertise in systems/ERP functionalities, including theoretical or practical knowledge. You will be trained specifically in the product to enhance your capabilities for client interactions. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing ACCA and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounts, or a related field. Candidates pursuing these qualifications are also encouraged to apply, as long as their academics are not negatively impacted. - Basic understanding of ERP systems such as Tally and any accounting functionalities logically, including Finance, Accounts, Inventory, HRMS, and CRM. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that will be further developed and honed in this role. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain functional concepts to non-technical users. - Project management experience would be beneficial for this role.
