We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the finance sector, with a strong background in financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

Preparing financial statements and reports
Conducting financial analysis and forecasting
Developing financial models and projections
Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations
Collaborating with other departments to develop budgets and financial plans
Managing financial transactions and records
Providing financial advice to management
Assisting with financial audits and reviews
Managing and supervising finance team members

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
Familiarity with accounting and tax regulations
Experience with financial software and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and supervise team members
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA is preferred
