Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies forfinance positions.
Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to create a recruitmentstrategy that includes a plan around sourcing channels, marketing and practicalitiesincluding timescales and resources.
Source, screen, and assessing candidates
Engaging with active and passive talent, utilizing own database of candidates, networksand job portals/social media
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate interview logistics withstakeholders.
Collaborate with external recruitment partners for niche or high-volume mandates.
Ensure job descriptions are detailed and role-specific to optimize HiredScore andWorkday integrations.
Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, andcandidate quality.
Actively championing and promoting internal mobility and should be thinkingcreatively around talent pipelining and transferable skill sets.
