Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Finance Program Manager with a strong background in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across finance, systems, and business operations. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter, a fast learner, and capable of working with limited direction while taking full ownership of projects.

Who are you?

  • 9+ years of experience in Finance Program Management industry with proven track record of leading large complex, cross-functional projects Experience working with key stakeholders across all disciplines of finance Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Treasury and Controllership with end-to-end impact on systems and business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience to communicate financial concepts clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to liaison between business partners to coordinate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
  • Proven analytical skills, flexible, creative and results oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work and think independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  1. Lead large, complex, cross-functional finance projects with end-to-end business impact.
  2. Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Controllership stakeholders.
  3. Communicate financial concepts clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
  4. Coordinate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and drive initiatives to completion.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to foster collaboration.
  7. Ensure accountability and ownership throughout project execution.
  8. Apply analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  9. Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and results-oriented problem solving.
  10. Work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams
