Job Description

As a Finance Product Portfolio Operations Vice President, you will join a dynamic team where your expertise, strategic thinking skills, and operational excellence will be pivotal in driving the success of the finance product portfolio. Your role will involve enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across product lines. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Collaboration with other PPOs and the wider PXT product operation team is crucial to ensure seamless change management and operational alignment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Regularly collaborate with Product Owners, Area Product Owners, and other PPOs to understand and align on goals, objectives, and priorities. - Communicate incoming and outgoing messages between the Product Portfolio Operations (PPO) team, Product teams, and the wider PXT product operation team, amplifying the Head of Product's messaging deep into Product organizations. - Coordinate and facilitate the execution of strategic and operational projects across product lines to ensure delivery against business objectives. - Implement and optimize operational structures, processes, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and coordination within the product line and across the wider PXT product operation team. - Develop and deliver executive communications and presentations to convey strategies, initiatives, processes, and performance to leadership and key stakeholders, aiming for buy-in, support, and advocacy for the portfolio. - Offer thought leadership, strategic, and analytical support to Product Owners as they develop new products and deliver on priorities. - Manage operational cadences for executive communications and reporting with clear timelines and accountability. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, program management, or performance optimization. - Proven ability to demonstrate a deep shared knowledge and understanding of product-specific context. - Exceptional consulting abilities to guide partners in optimizing their product strategies and achieving business objectives. - Self-starter with a style that fosters teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders and partners. - Excellent communication skills with experience authoring executive-level communications and presentations. - Ability to synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way for effective communication to relevant stakeholders. - Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
