Job Description

The role serves as a bridge between the Phoenix project team and the bank-wide business finance team, driving the finance conversation regarding the service catalog being developed by the bank. This high-visibility position is responsible for delivering a comprehensive cost service catalog covering all products and services of the bank from front to back. It involves engaging in business discussions on mapping services to services taxonomy and determining costs under different scenarios. Additionally, aligning the business with the service-based costing model, validating services completeness and consistency, running cost models, and ensuring clear communication of objectives and timelines between the project team and the business are key responsibilities of this role. Furthermore, the role involves collaborating with the VP Business Partner to ensure alignment between Transfer Pricing, Cost Simplification project, Project Mitto, and Phoenix objectives. It also includes working on digitization, automation, and smart ways of working, designing dashboards for transparent costing and granular views, and ensuring prompt issue resolution. Risk management tasks include implementing control checks in MI outputs for audit facilitation and adherence to the Ops risk framework. Moreover, the role requires displaying exemplary conduct as per the Group's Values and Code of Conduct, embedding high standards of ethics, compliance with laws and regulations, and identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively. Key stakeholders for this role include the Phoenix Project Team, CFO & extended Business Finance Teams, Cost Simplification Work Streams, Mitto Project teams, and external consultants. The qualifications for this position include a graduate degree/ACA/ICWAI/MBA Finance, multinational working experience, and proficiency in English. The ideal candidate should possess a strong financial performance background, accurate forecasting abilities, solid banking knowledge, analytical skills, collaboration skills with the business and finance community, process ownership capabilities, experience in commercializing automated dashboards, and a robust control environment mindset.
