Job Title: Financial Operations Executive – Accounts Receivable & Advanced Excel Location: Gurugram | Department: Finance Job Summary: Responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, reconciling customer accounts, and preparing financial reports using Advanced Excel. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and send invoices, credit notes, and payment reminders. Maintain ageing reports and follow up for collections. Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. Create and automate reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc. Support month-end closing and audits. Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field. 2–4 years’ experience in accounts receivable or finance operations. Strong skills in Advanced Excel.
