Finance Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Posting of Journal Entries Standard, Accruals, Allocations, Amortizations, etc.
• Master Data Management Creation and Maintenance of Profit Centers, Cost Centers, GL Codes, Bank Account Codes, Exchange Rates, Blocking/Unblocking Masters, etc.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards like IFRS and GAAP.
• Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Trend & Variance Analysis.
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Work with financial systems and reporting tools for accurate data analysis.
• Handle open items, downloaded items, and conduct various reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Transition support and documentation of processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Accounting Expertise

  : Solid understanding of core accounting principles, journal entry types, GL accounting, amortization techniques, etc.

• Analytical Skills

  : Proficient in variance and trend analysis with a problem-solving mindset.

• Financial Systems Knowledge

  : Hands-on with tools like

  Power BI

• Communication

  : Strong articulation and ability to explain accounting processes clearly.
