Finance Operations Executive

As a Collection Executive, your role involves managing and tracking instalment collections for domestic learners as per defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for sending timely reminder emails (pre-due and post-due) and ensuring professional communication with learners. In case of non-responsive learners, you will need to follow escalation procedures and maintain accurate documentation. Additionally, you will support general finance operations tasks such as reporting, access management, and data tracking. It is essential to maintain a high workflow and response efficiency to meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
