Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance. This role is critical in shaping strategic financial decisions and ensuring our financial operations align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks, investments, cost controls, and funding requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to ensure financial stability.
• Develop and monitor financial performance metrics and KPIs.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and support the finance and accounting team.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA Finance) or professional certifications (CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, CPA).
• Experience in manufacturing / engineering industries.
• Familiarity with finance, financial reporting, budgeting, etc.
