Job Overview: Drones Tech Lab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to establish and streamline the finance department, ensuring robust financial management and control across all business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing processes, developing financial policies, and providing strategic insights to support the companys growth objectives. Strong management skills and the ability to lead a team effectively are essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Process Setup & Oversight Develop and implement standardized financial processes and policies. Establish strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Design workflows for financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. 2. Strategic Financial Management Create financial models to guide decision-making and growth strategies. Provide insights on cost management, revenue generation, and risk mitigation. Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for management. 3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting Develop annual budgets and oversee financial forecasting processes. Monitor and evaluate financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives. Generate periodic financial statements and MIS reports for leadership. 4. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. 5. Team Leadership & Department Oversight Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing finance team. Assign responsibilities and set KPIs to measure departmental success. Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 710 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in setting up financial processes and managing departmental operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and MIS reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on scalability and efficiency. Preferred Skills: Experience in the manufacturing, technology, or defense sectors is an advantage.
