Finance Manager

Job Description: Greetings from Infinity Career Connect! We are looking for a Manager-Finance and Accounts to join the team of a well-known chemical/pharma packaging manufacturing company located in Vadodara, Gujarat. As the Manager-Finance and Accounts, you will be responsible for various finance and accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with accounting standards. In terms of accounting, your key responsibilities will include handling day-to-day accounting tasks, reviewing and monitoring expenses, reconciling bank statements, consolidating books, preparing financial statements, and finalizing financial reports. It will also be part of your role to close the books of accounts on a monthly basis. On the finance side, you will be managing funds and liaising with banks, maintaining positive relationships with partner bankers, managing funds for loan disbursement, and liaising with banks for account opening and maintenance. You will also be responsible for overseeing taxation and statutory compliances, including income tax, GST, TDS, and related requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing monthly TDS and GST reports, conducting internal audits of branch accounts, and analyzing sales data to prepare monthly balance sheets. To be considered for this position, you should have a qualification as a CA or CA+CS (added advantage).
