Job Description

GFS is seeking a Fice Manager to support our WW Operations Fice in Operations Fice team
The candidate would be responsible to perform ficial reporting, support monthly P&L analysis and ficial forecasts, review fiscal close in close co-ordination with business and accounting teams, evaluate Capex/Opex requirements and continuously benchmark cost productivity for the business
Additionally, the role would also facilitate ficial review meetings and work with business managers to ensure effective fice and cost management, provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews in a timely manner and facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time
Additional responsibilities would include partnering across vertical teams to ensure high-quality reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, ficial modeling and analysis of business trends, establishing controls and defining/maintaining business metrics for new/existing businesses
The candidate would also partner with Global leadership team to develop strategic multi-year or long term operating plans, present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives, drive hiring, manage performance and place accountability
CA, CPA or CWA, with 10+ or more years of post-qualification experience in Accounting / Management reporting and analysis / Forecasting & Budgeting
