Finance Manager / FP&A Analyst

You will be responsible for Accounting & Compliance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting & Business Insights, and Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management functions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and full compliance with applicable statutory and tax requirements, including GST and TDS. - Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely and smooth execution. - Lead the preparation and management of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets in collaboration with business units. - Analyze and report variances between actuals and budgeted figures, providing insights and corrective actions. - Forecast cash flows, assess funding requirements, and monitor effective use of financial resources. - Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and MIS for senior leadership and board members. - Design and implement business performance tracking tools and conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Support special projects, reconciliations, and cross-functional initiatives requiring financial inputs. - Drive cost optimization by evaluating cost structures and identifying inefficiencies. - Build and implement scalable financial processes and internal controls aligned with regulatory and industry best practices. Qualifications required for this role: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Accounting, FP&A, or related finance roles. - Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling business environment is preferred. - Strong command over financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.,
