Finance Manager (CA Qualified)

As a Finance Manager, your role involves developing and overseeing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management. Your duties will also include preparing accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and MIS reports. Managing cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies will be crucial, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. You will be expected to liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions and implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies. Your support to management in strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis will be essential. Leading and mentoring the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations is also part of your responsibilities.
