We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager (CA Qualified) who can lead end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Finalize Monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and cash budgets.
• Maintain and review Fixed Asset Register.
• Prepare monthly Sales Register, expense reports, working capital & cash flow statements.
• Prepare provisional financial statements and key MIS reports.

Compliance & Audits

• Ensure compliance with GST, statutory regulations, and financial policies.
• Coordinate with auditors for Statutory Audit, GST Audit, and Tax Audit.
• Handle GST reconciliation, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation & related documentation.

Financial Controls & Risk Management

• Maintain strong internal controls and monitor financial risks.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis & cost control measures.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Manage vendor payments, reconciliations & credit cycles.
• Liaise with banks, external partners, and internal stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
